First step is to talk to the team at PFS Creative, and we can source the right factory for the job, and provide a comprehensive quote, including estimated customs duties & taxes, and delivery to your door. When you know your true landed cost of your product, you can market and on-sell with confidence!

Our graphic designers will work with you and the factory to create your vision digitally first. The artwork will include various design elements, dimensions and PMS colours for your approval, before we proceed to the next step.

Once the artwork design is approved, we will liaise with the factory on creating a pre-production sample (PPS) for your final approval. This can be approved via photos only, if on a tight timeline, or the factory will send the physical PPS to us, for you to inspect and approve in person.

Once the pre-production sample has been approved, the order will proceed to mass production. If required, we can arrange for an independent Quality Control (QC) check to ensure quality is maintained throughout the production process, including final packaging.

Once the order is completed, PFS Creative will arrange collection from the factory, shipping, customs clearance and final delivery to your door. Easy!
